Container Loading Inspection
In case of choosing Container Loading Inspection also called Container Loading Supervision, Portugal Quality Control checks and supervises the loading of your container before shipment.
- This service is offered at the manufacturer's premises, warehouse or forwarder during containerization usually after a Pre Shipment Inspection or Final Random Inspection. Portugal Quality Control can co-ordinate with the manufacturer to observe that the proper environmental conditions, cleanliness and integrity of the containers are adequate for the transport of the sipmnent to its final destination.
- This operation is handle when 100% of the goods are ready and packed.
- We operate a verification of your product: that they match your specifications and your expectations, and the quantities declared on the official documents (Bill of Lading, Purchase Order, Packing List, etc...) match the real situation.

- Weather and arrival time of your container on site
- Container number and truck number
We randomly check the quality of your goods:
- Specifications
- Workmanship
- Packing & Packaging
- Marking & Labelling
We check the quantity:
- Counting if the quantity match your officials documents
We check the inner & outer conditions of your container:
- Wetness
- Leakage
- Cleaness
- Perforation
- Smelling
- Damage
We supervise and check the loading:
- Recording of the condition of outer packaging (master carton/pallets)
We seal your container with:
- Customs' seal
- PQC seal
We issue your report and documents with all those informations within 24H:
- PDF Report

- Booking 48H before your inspection
- Report in your e-mail box and in your private space within 24H
- Inspector on site from 9AM to 7PM (lunch time one hour)
